AprĂšs l’obtention de son bachelor en management international, Mathilde s’est orientĂ©e vers les relations internationales et la gĂ©opolitique. Elle a alors effectuĂ© un master en diplomatie et RI Ă  Paris puis un second en Ă©tudes europĂ©ennes et mĂ©diterranĂ©ennes, durant lequel elle a pu Ă©tudiĂ© Ă  Nice, Tunis, Dakar ainsi qu’à Istanbul. After having completed a bachelor in international management, Mathilde decided to study international relations and geopolitics. She did a first master in diplomacy and IR in Paris. Then, a second one in European and Mediterranean studies during which she had the opportunity to study in Nice, Tunis, Dakar and Istanbul.

Education in the Prevention of Violent Extremism and Radicalization Within the Tunisian Youth

First of all, how should we define radicalization? Radicalization refers to a social and moral disruption process. This leads an individual to the adoption of a new vision of society, and new behaviors that, in the end, break the social pact. The European Union gives another definition according to which radicalization is the adoption process, by an individual, of a radical ideology in which violence is advocated in order to reach a specific objective. Â
