In Tunisia, a large number of different stakeholders within civil society and the private sector are committed to gender equality. However, these actors oftentimes do not have an established network with which they can share their experiences, knowledge, or contacts.
The 3eshra Project aims to change the existing status-quo by establishing Communities of Practice networks to help stakeholders coordinate their efforts and strengthen their impacts.
Between 2017 and 2019, the 3eshra Project brought together stakeholders at the institutional, organizational, and individual levels for collaboration and debate on gender equality. Ten local coordinators dispersed throughout Tunisia forged new local, regional, and national Communities of Practice networks across the country.
In April 2019, the 3eshra.tn platform was launched with the aim keep practioners, stakeholders, and activists connected.
Visit www.3eshra.tn to explore and share resources, contact information, project ideas, and job listings.
The 3eshra Project is conducted by the Robert Bosch Stiftung in collaboration and partnership with the Maghreb Economic Forum.
